Welcome to the Licensing & Special Inspection Program. Our staff is here to assist you to achieve professional licensing and/or certification. The staff consists of a Chief of Licensing & Special Inspections and a Licensing Clerk.

The Chief works with the electrical inspection field staff. The Division also provides support to the Plumbing, Elevator and Electrical Boards. Richard Schlieder chairs the Electrical, and Elevator Boards and works with representatives of the plumbing community on continuing education and licensing issues.

Chief Plumbing Inspector, Gerald (GJ) Garrow, chairs the Plumbing Board and works with representatives of the plumbing community on continuing education and licensing issues.
