FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM DESIGNER CERTIFICATION

Fire Sprinkler System Designer:

Scope – the design, installation and testing of fire sprinkler systems, standpipes and fire pumps.

Qualification – Level III or higher certification for automatic sprinkler system layout from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET) or a licensed fire protection engineer.

Continued Education – 8 hours of related instruction during the previous 3 years.
