VEM BRATTLEBORO STAFF John F. Angil II, Program Manager - John has spent over 35 years in public safety and emergency management. He came to VEM in February, 2006 to manage the Radiological Emergency Response Program in Brattleboro. Charles Dissinger, Planner - Chuck works closely with the EPZ towns to develop and update local response plans. He also coordinates with the local Health Care Facilities. Richard E. Cogliano, Training Coordinator - Rich oversees all aspects of radiological training including course development, implementation, and evaluation. David J. Emery Sr., Local Coordinator - Dave comes to us after being on the Brattleboro Fire Department for 31 years. He served as Chief for 17 years. Dave now coordinates all equipment for the EPZ towns. Laura Conway, Administrative Assistant - Laura runs the day to day operations of the Brattleboro office including scheduling and record keeping. |
