A law enforcement agency believes the child has been abducted and is in imminent danger of serious bodily harm or death, either at the hands of another or due to a proven mental or physical disability. There is sufficient descriptive information available to disseminate to the general public which could assist in the safe recovery of the child or apprehension of the suspect. |
