Circumstances surrounding death:

Ms. Hunter was reported missing on September 19, 1986 after her vehicle was found parked at a gas station on Vt. Rte7-A in Manchester Center VT. At the time of her disappearance Ms. Hunter was employed as a golf pro at the Manchester Country Club.

Ms. Hunter was discovered deceased in a wooded area in Pawlet Vt. in November of 1986. Investigation by the VT. State Police determined that Ms. Hunter was the victim of a homicide.
