Bruce Isaacs DOB: 08/06/59 was found deceased in a wooded area of the Little River State Park, in Waterbury, Vermont on September 26, 1988. Isaacs’ body was found by subjects who were clearing brush from the power company’s right of way. Upon investigation it was found that Isaacs’ death was ruled a homicide. Bruce Isaacs suffered from mental health issues and was transient at the time. Bruce Isaacs had been camping around the Little River State Park area at the time of the homicide.
