Summary of Incident:

The Northwest Unit for Special Investigations has completed a lengthy investigation into Todd Carr. During this investigation Carr was accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14 year old female in 2006. A wire warrant was conducted and Carr admitted to the sexual relationship. During a subsequent interview with detectives Carr confessed.  

Carr was arrested and charged with six counts of sexual assault on a minor. Carr was lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center for lack of $5,000.00 bail. His arraignment will be at the Chittenden District Court in Burlington at 11:00 a.m. on October 6, 2009.
