SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On October 05, 2009 the Vermont State Police and the Dept. of Children and Families opened a joint investigation into allegations that the victim, age 6, had been inappropriately touched by the accused, age 35.  The investigation revealed that the accused sexually abused the victim numerous times since she was 5 years old and as recently as October 04, 2009.  

The accused was arrested, processed, and subsequently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility. Bail was set at 25,000.00.
