SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

A two week investigation by Trooper Daniell culminated in the execution of several search warrants on Mr. Shaw's shop on Needham Rd in Orwell and his home on Fisher Rd also in Orwell.

As a result of the search warrants Vermont State Police seized a total of 32 guns, multiple pounds of processed marijuana and located several active grow operations on property owned by Mr. Shaw.

Mr. Shaw was arrested, processed and is scheduled to appear in court to answer to the charge of cultivation and possession of marijuana in November. The investigation is still ongoing.
