SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On October 11, 2009 at approximately 2347 hours, personnel from the Vermont State Police, Regional Ambulance Service, Pittsford Fire Department, and Pittsford First Response responded to a single vehicle crash off of US Route 7 near Parker Road in Pittsford.  The driver of the involved vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene, and was determined to be the only person involved.  

The crash is under investigation but appeared to have occurred when Bourgeois traveled off the east side of US Route 7, and rolled his vehicle down an embankment.  It is unclear at this time whether alcohol, drugs or speed were contributing factors in the crash.
