Vermont State Police are investigating numerous incidents of vandalism and theft from vehicles in the parking lots of Mt. Philo State Park and Charlotte Park and Wildlife Refuge.  These incidents occurred during the day while occupants were away from their vehicles.  Rocks were used rocks to break the windows of locked vehicles. Items taken from vehicles include purses, cash, credit cards, cell phones and cameras.

The State Police encourage the public to avoid leaving valuable items in unoccupied vehicles.  If you have any information regarding these incidents, please contact the Williston Barracks at 802-878-7111.
