SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

At approximately 0936 hours the Vermont State Police received a report of a bank robbery that had just occurred at the Randolph National Bank on North Main Street in Rochester, VT.  

More details will follow, however the State Police are looking for this vehicle:
                   Black Honda Civic
                   Massachusetts registration 7305ED
                   Occupied by two males
