VIOLATION:  Unlawful Mischief, False Information to Police (2 counts)

ACCUSED:   Benjamin M. Woodcock AGE:  34
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Andover, Vermont

VICTIM:  Michael L. Hughes
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Peru, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  

Woodcock is being charged with Unlawful Mischief for slashing two tires on the victims vehicle.  Woodcock is being charged with False information to Police for calling 911 and identifying himself to be a female who was in Vermont on vacation from Oregon.  Woodcock told the dispatcher that he witnessed a possibly intoxicated driver trying to ram vehicles with a truck in the Londonderry Plaza.  

Woodcock is being charged with a second count of False Information to Police for lying to Troopers during the investigation.
