SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  

On 10/19/2009 at approximately 1800 State Police in Middlesex received a call from Loretta Schneider. Schneider advised she just witnessed subjects in a green truck get out and break the windshield of a maroon car with a crow bar, then both vehicles left the scene. A few minutes later State Police received another call from a Corrina Alexander, advising that the windshield and side window on her car were just smashed out by a Lina Fecteau, and Katherine Jenkins-Bressette of Barre, VT. Fecteau and Jenkins-Bressette were issued citations to appear in Washington County District Court to face the charge of Assault.
