SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

State Police report the arrest of John Ibrahim for the offense of possession of marijuana.  
 
State Troopers responded to the Highgate Port of Entry to assist Customs and Border Patrol officers.  Upon arrival State Troopers seized 371 pounds of marijuana.  
 
John Ibriham was driving a tractor trailer unit containing multiple boxes of marijuana.  John Ibrahim was arrested and lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center with no bail.  

John Ibrahim will appear in Vermont District Court on 10/19/09.  Approximate value estimated at 1.2 million dollars.
