CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Libertyville, Illinois - Student at college

VICTIM:  Female AGE: 18

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT

On October 27, 2009 at approximately 13:30 hours, Reed Stewart was arrested for sexual assault at Landmark College by State Police Investigators.  He is believed to have sexually assaulted a fellow female student inside one of the college’s dorm rooms on October 23rd.  Stewart was processed at the Brattleboro Barracks and later lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $10, 000 dollars bail.  He will be arraigned at Windham County Court on October 28th at 12:30 hours.
