SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

As a result of a criminal investigation by the Lamoille County Special Investigation Unit, Chadwick Donze was arrested and arraigned at the Lamoille County District Court for the crime of Sexual Assault. Donze confessed to police that he was involved in a romantic relationship with a 15 year old girl. During that time Donze admitted to having sex with the girl approximately 20-25 times. Donze advised he was aware of the girl’s age during the relationship. Donze was held on $25,000.00 bail and lodged at the St. Johnsbury Correctional Center. A bail review hearing is currently scheduled for October 27, 2009.
