SUMMARY OF INCIDENT

On  Saturday, September 26th, 2009 the Rochester Library, which was closed at the time, was broken into. Stolen from the library was approximately $200.00 worth of loose change and cash.

On  October 26th, 2009, a juvenile was cited into Windsor County Family Court for the breaking & entering of the Rochester Library and the theft of approximately $200.00 in loose change and cash. The juvenile will to answer to the charge of Burglary- Forced Entry.
