SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

The Northwest Unit for Special Investigations and the Department of Children and Families concluded an investigation into Gerald Koslowski of Franklin, VT. The investigation focused on sexual contact between Koslowski and a juvenile female which occurred at Koslowski’s residence. On October 28th, Koslowski was arrested, arraigned, and subsequently released on conditions.
