VIOLATION: Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell

ACCUSED: Timothy Moore and Brian Dow   AGE: 21 and 20
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Kittery, Maine and Hartford, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

State Police executed a search warrant for marijuana on a residence rented by Timothy Moore and Brian Dow at 24 St. Johns Street in Johnson on 10/31/2009. A substantial amount of marijuana packaged for distribution was confiscated during the search. Lamoille County Sheriff's Deputies and a State Police K-9 aided in the execution of the warrant. Both Moore and Dow have been cited into Lamoille District Court on 11/24/2009.
