INCIDENT:  Burglaries and Larceny

  • Larceny: Between 1800 hrs on 30OCT09 and 0800 hrs on 02NOV09

LOCATION (specific):  

  • Burglaries: Main St, Warren
  • Larceny: Main St, Waitsfield

ACCUSED: unknown

VICTIM #1: The Warren Store
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Main St, Warren

VICTIM #2: The Bradley House
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Warren, VT

VICTIM#3: Robert Lynch AGE: 28
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Waitsfield, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  

Burglaries: Sometime during the night of 02NOV09 into 03NOV09, The Warren Store and The Bradley House, both on Main St in Warren, were burglarized.  In addition, two lights at the Painting Gallery, which is between the two, were vandalized.  Approximately $1100.00 in goods was taken from the two businesses.  Entry to the Warren Store was gained via a window.  Access to The Bradley House was gained via a sliding door.  

Larceny: Some time between 1800 hrs on 30OCT09 and 0800 hrs on 02NOV09, someone entered an unlocked vehicle owned by Robert Lynch, which was parked on Main St in Waitsfield.  The suspect(s) took approximately $1900.00 in goods.
