SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

The Southern Vermont Drug Task Force conducted an investigation into the illegal distribution of prescription pain medications in the Rutland area.  During the investigation, the Task Force purchased Oxycontin 80 mg. pills from Kelley on three separate occasions. Kelley has been arrested and charged for the above offenses and has been cited into Rutland District Court.
