INCIDENT SUMMARY:
On this date and time, Vermont State Police received a 911 call advising of a single car motor vehicle accident which occurred on Vermont Route 100 in the Town of Rochester (Windsor County) Vermont.
Upon arrival, State Police met with the Rochester Constable Mark Belisle. State Police observed a single car off the side of the road which had collided into a CVPS power line.
